Arianne advises clients on intellectual property and commercial matters in a range of industries, including media, publishing, software, financial, pharmaceutical, medical, and industrial and consumer products. She also advises accelerators and non-profit organizations.
Arianne works closely with early-stage and established companies as well as entrepreneurs to protect their intellectual property and to put in place the IP, technology and other agreements necessary to develop and commercialize their services and products. Arianne’s practice includes structuring, drafting, and negotiating agreements, including licensing, development, manufacturing, confidentiality, joint venture, transfer and services agreements.
Arianne regularly counsels clients on trademark and copyright portfolio development, digital media and trade secret matters, as well as IP and technology ownership and infringement disputes.
Arianne has extensive experience advising on the IP aspects of complex corporate transactions (including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, investments, bank financing and securitization) and has done so for top investment banks, private equity funds and Fortune 500 companies.
Prior to joining Freeman Wade LLP, Arianne was an attorney at Fried Frank LLP. Arianne is a former assistant editor of American Lawyer Media’s Patent Strategy & Management publication and has co-authored articles including 5 Key IP Issues in Software Development Agreements published in Corporate Counsel and Arbitration of Patent Licenses Comes with Risks published in The National Law Journal.
